Payment system:

Our payment system is through phone payment. After you have finished placing your order on our website a copy of your order will be sent through to Hooper & Shaw.

We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to finalise your order, verify the delivery costs and take payment via credit/debit card .

Shipping:

Hooper & Shaw will ship within the UK & internationally.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you with the delivery cost and an estimated delivery date. We will email you as soon as your order is dispatched with tracking details.

Colour & Sizes:

The images on the website are as accurate a portrayal as possible of our products & we take great care to provide correct measurements of each item.

However, colour variations on computer monitors can mean that the colours may vary slightly.

Return policy:

If you would like to return any items from your order you must contact Hooper & Shaw within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will be the customer’s responsibility and goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received. As we are not responsible for goods that may become damaged in transit, we recommend returns be sent by recorded delivery.

All items returned in good condition will be exchanged for store credit only.

Liability:

If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or of the wrong amount, it will be the customer’s responsibility to notify Hooper & Shaw within 7 days of receipt. We will then endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

If you fail to contact us in writing or by email within 7 days Hooper & Shaw have no liability.
